Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Domestic Orders: 5 to 10 business days
  • International Orders: 10 to 20 business days

These are general estimates. Delivery delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases, free shipping may be offered based on promotions or order value.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Print and Play Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at bgraylighting@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bgraylighting@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
