Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Print and Play Co. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at bgraylighting@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at bgraylighting@gmail.com. Include photos of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with your order details.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
